EXPRESSIVE ARTS MYSTERY SCHOOL OFFERINGS

Walk the path of remembering what already lives within you...

At the heart of all the offerings of the Expressive Arts Mystery School is a simple yet radical invitation:

To connect to the Mama Nature, creativity, and to the song of your soul.

So many of us carry deep desires—to be seen, heard, received, listened to, and respected. In this Mystery School, we do not look outward to fulfill these longings. Instead, we learn how to meet them from within.

Here, the desire to be seen becomes the practice of seeing yourself.
The desire to be heard becomes the art of hearing yourself.
The desire to receive becomes the capacity for receiving yourself.
And the desire to be listened to and respected becomes the lived experience of listening to and respecting yourself—in your body, your creativity, and your inner knowing.

Through our in-person, online, and written offerings in expressive arts, ritual, and nature-based practices, we cultivate a relationship with the soul that is embodied, alive, and truthful. This is not knowledge handed down from above, but wisdom that emerges from lived experience.

We'd love you to join us for our next online retreat: Nourishing Your Nervous System with Expressive Arts and Ecopsychology on January 24 & 25, 10am-1pm pacific time.
